CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'm so tired. Lately I have been tired all the time. No idea why. Getting out of bed in the morning has been harder than usual too.

I don't think I am. I only workout a modest 30-45 mins every couple of days.

If your body wasn't used to exercise even that might be too much starting out, especially 'cause I remember you saying you got pretty intense with it.
maybe not though, just an idea since you said it seemed random - figured it wasn't mood or mental related.

Maybe, it's been about too months and I hardly feel sore afterwards anymore. I don't think it is an issue of my body getting used to it at this point.
Maybe its cancer, lol.

I never watched it, only 24 it was my brother's generation not mine haha. I'm sure I would have loved it though.

It's probably because I didn't watch the show, but for years I had no idea what a Morphin was. Eventually I discovered that they'd left off an apostrophe and it should have been Morphin', which made a lot more sense.

Perhaps I'm following horrid exercising advice, lol. Just an ectomorph looking to bulk up.

Your heart is a muscle as well that needs to be exercised with your entire cardiovascular system. Heart disease I believe is a common killer. Having a strong cardiovascular system will help your weightlifting. You don't have to become a marathon runner.

It is one persons own choice whether they want to wear it or not. They complain freedom, where is freedom to make a choice of your own? It's like people view instant oppression because of it.
Meanwhile, you have girls walking around half naked and there is nothing said.
Modesty is dying in this world.
Once Christian and Jewish women would also wear head coverings. There seems to be a lapse in history.
