CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

whats on my mind? Mum wants to go to this travel expo thing. I want to stay home.
I don't wanna drive...travel anywhere right now.
But, if don't go, maybe I'll miss out on a good deal, as its been on my mind lately to find out how much it would cost to go to Israel on holy land tour.
But I don't think they would have any on sale there as the ads were all for Gold Coast, London, San Francisco, etc.

A word of advice..... *cough manual transmission cough* ..... ahhh excuse me.
Learn a manual transmission theres pretty much nothing out there that you CANT drive. Its also more fun once you get it down. Learning it is a pain. (Not hard, it just takes practice) Its practicing until its second nature thats unpleasant.
I HATED learning it, but there isn't a single moment since that I regretted it.
In all honesty, the hardest part about it is getting past the intimidation factor.... like having to get the car moving again on a hill with a car right behind you.

Back from travel expo. Told mum she can just facetime her uncle in canada instead of visiting him, save $3000.
Cost to go to israel, about $6000. Cost of viewing it on tv, nothing.
Also, I am now seriously thinking of becoming a travel agent. They are hiring. But not sure if they would want someone that tells them to save their money, stay home and read a book.

OMM: Ever since I quit smoking my sense of smell has increased. Im like a bloodhound now. 
I was already nose driven by smells, but now I am catching subtle hints of things under those smells....Im not so sure Im fond of such a keen sense of smell when my nose was already a sensitive instrument. On great smells its awesome, on bad ones, they only linger that much longer and I get to know them more..... when I don't wanna.
If my senses increase any further.... as crazy as it sounds, I might actually know what the color red smells like.
