CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Of course, the Clots won as well... so.... another practically meaningless win.....
so my joy is nullified.
Of course, considering weeks ago I was done with my team for this season...... its nice to still have a dog in the fight. The D hasn't looked as good on the field as they do on paper and TBH I didn't expect much of anything from the offense...... so Ill take it.
And SINCE I know the Texans aren't "all that" this season and every win may be the last......... now I gotta celebrate and taunt obnoxiously.
New Orleans coming here thinking they getting a win? Even their city says N.O.

I'm glad we have this website. It's a refreshing change from some of the sites I'm on, where endless sexual banter...and innuendo is in nearly every thread. Topic is about salt? Someone inserts sexual innuendo (usually a married woman, sadly) Topic is about cooking? Someone inserts sexual innuendo. Topic is about running? On and on it goes...
I wonder if there have been studies done on this as to why good threads are constantly derailed by sexual innuendo.
