Yeahh, that's more what I mean, that whole "I could sleep now" is what I'm looking for, but I don't really feel much of a difference with what I'm taking now. Though sometimes I do. It just depends on how much I have on my mind, I guess. Lol.

Thats why I listen to the youtube videos, it drowns out the thoughts.... being mellow because of the melatonin...... No thoughts and mellow recipe for sleeps.
