Yeah, no, I was always (and still am) the 'lone wolf' type in group settings. I was extremely selective with whom I played/hung out with, and I only ever experienced one time being bullied by a boy... he never did it again. Nobody picks on me and gets away with it.

This week has been a bit of an excess clutter reduction project for me. I am downsizing on everything! I sorted through much of my clothing and I am getting rid of most of them (which I have an overabundance); I already gave away some big bags full to Salvation Army and discarded ones that are not fixable, so I now just have a few more bags to go. Next I need to sort through the excess of other things I own. I have always wanted to be more of a minimalist and was sort of half-heartedly working on it bit by bit, but now I am just taking the goal on fully. Some items might be harder to get rid of, but my attachment to most of my belongings has waned over the years, so I am no longer looking at them with clouded vision.

Other than that, the stuffed beets that I put in the oven are almost ready and that is on my mind too!

ack. I'm going to have an egg for breakfast each morning. Mum tried to ban me from eating them. I will tell her the doctor said so.

she said I couldn't eat them cos they were her chickens and I didn't look after them. So now we have a pile up of eggs and I'm five kilos lighter.

Trials and tribulations..sigh.

I need to gain some weight as well. I'm down to 119 lbs.! Trying to gain some muscle to gain weight and eating more protein. Bonus is that I'm super toned and my arms are way stronger than usual.

I have a history of having a hard time gaining weight even as an old bull @ 180-190.

I was 120 about 16 years ago.... as a man that with the weight of a female, its a curse not a blessing.

Many many protein shakes, creatine, a lot of weights and age is the only way I added 60-70 pounds of mass.

Before I used to be told I needed to eat even though I ate ALL the time. Now I've just been called "thick in a good way".

OMM: Well, Im gonna watch the Colts kill my Texans tonight..... at least I will have tacos to cheer me up.

Both. I trained at gymnastics, so I've always had a very toned upper body, but I've been doing some weight training to help out with my lower body strength which has always been somewhat lacking.

And fresh eggs are way better than the ones they sell in the store. Also chickens are funny sometimes. Especially when they taunt the kitty cat by looking in while he looks out.
My cat jumped out of my second floor window to get them, he was used to a glass window stopping him when he pounced but he was surprised when the screen and him fell down. The chickens were quickly far away and he was crouching by the back door waiting to come back in. He was okay so it was funny. But I didn't trust him near my window for a long time.
