So, here's why I haven't been around much the past couple of days:
On Thursday evening, Windows stopped responding on my computer. It worked okay, but eventually by Friday was unusable. So, over the course of the weekend I ran two virus scans, one disk check, and one sfc scan. All of them found nothing, and I began to wonder about just completely wiping my laptop, I took it to a computer repair shop this morning to get a second opinon, and they agreed. So, I spent all of today backing up my data, restoring my computer to it's original state, and then reinstalling everything.

Im not a fan of the flash, but even Arrow is nothing next to the new Jesse Stone. Id have no idea it was even coming if you hadn't given me the heads up that one was being worked on Mojo. I gave up and thought the series to be dead and gone.

Jesse Stone!!! I can't wait. I love those movies, and Selleck is still the man. Though I know you don't care so much for the "lighter tone" of Flash, the writing is excellent, and the characters are great, and season two is adding a ton of new heroes to the mix, which I'm super excited for.Im not a fan of the flash, but even Arrow is nothing next to the new Jesse Stone. I'll probably end up giving The Flash another chance some time during its run on Netflix, but as of now I still hold my same opinion of it.
In all fairness I MIGHT have liked it if it werent a direct spin off of the more "darker" side that is/was Arrow. I was the same with the Batman movies. I didn't care for the earlier movies.... they were just goofy (and annoying because Batman was never the same actor). Im not a die hard fan of the "new" Batman movies, but they ARE infinitely better than the old ones.
As I said before. I like goofy and cheesy entertainment, but going from the world of Arrow to Flash while in the same "universe" was just an annoying 180 to me. I generally like superhero movies to be dark and hopeless. As it is in complete darkness that the world needs a light the most (and is more likely to spread that light.... in this case inspiring other superhero types) as if things are simply "normal" with just as much good as bad, people aren't likely to get so fed up they take a stand.
