OMM: Hospitals, pain, and the mercy of God. Yesterday afternoon/night was very traumatic for me and my family. I had to be rushed to the hospital but was finally released late last night. A few good things came out of it. 1. My church went above and beyond. They've gone out of their way to do whatever they can, all the deacons even came to the hospitaland prayed for me. 2. Even when I was screaming because of the pain, the Lord was with me and helped me. 3. Even though yesterday was a hard day for everyone my parents helped me, loved me, and prayed over me. Yesterday I saw the love and mercy of God displayed in so many beautiful ways and for that I cannot help but praise Him. I'll be MIA for a little while. Take nothing for granted and thank God even in the "small" things.
Thats what happens with age and time. Its a shame but its what happens.
People come into our life and are there only as long as God, the universe or whatever one believes wishes.
Then they move on and we as well. Its important that you are a good friend to those you have, but never see any of them as life long. Doesnt matter if they are friends for 10 minutes or 10 years or more. Just be the best friend you can be...... some times being a friend means letting them go their own path.

Cherish the real friends you have, for as long as you have them and let them go when they need to go.
Just cause paths cross and go in the same direction...... doesn't mean they always will.
Id say the time is only wasted if the friend is simply wearing a mask, not wasted if a friends path takes them down a different road in life.
I've lost many a friend. Some have met an early end to life. Others simply followed their path in life.... raising family, moving half way across the country etc..... I don't consider any of them to have been wasted time.

This is why my heart just breaks for my friend. His close friend was there, every day, seeing him every week, through marriages, divorces, everything for twenty years. Twenty years. And then one day he's dead. I can't imagine maintaining anything for twenty years, and then it's all gone in the blink of an eye.
OMM? I can't handle another funeral. I can't not go, but the last thing I want to do is go to another funeral. Just a few hours. I can get through one more. Just don't let there be a third funeral, that will crack me.

Well I'll see how it rolls... Got 100% on a few essays but its taxing as it is with a part time job and studies.... Um, really suicidal?

Yeah, what I found didn't seem to be quite normal though. I'm not sure if you remember Tantabelle, SarahJoy and MissElizabeth, but it seems that their accounts were all merged. I don't think they have come on though in quite a few years. Their accounts were merged into SarahJoy.I think Messy deleted her old account and created a new one... I'm not sure of any others, however.

Perhaps it's a glitch from when the site changed?Alright, I haven't been on here much, but I am a bit confused. Have they been merging some accounts? I have been noticing old posts by some members who made new accounts, though their old accounts that they don't use anymore I am no longer able to click on...which I thought maybe they had requested to have it done, but then I looked at some of my friends profiles and what is really weird is that two of my friends who are sisters who used to post here seem to have had their accounts merged with each other, even though they haven't come on in a while. It is really weird.
