I liked 'Below', it was a submarine movie, but a horror one.

I have been beginning to re-watch classics in the last weeks

Re-watching the classics is always a good idea.

So.... Anyone have any plans for the weekend?

Im gonna finish up my car, hopefully and then....

Other than that, I may help set up the green screen at my friends new house. Or we may just paint the walls green.

If I have time and Im not lazy, I may start on filling minor rust holes in the trunk so I can put a new system in my car...... it's been to long since water has kept me from good car audio.

How about you Owly? You gonna hork up any dead rodent pellets?

Indeed! I feel I am running out of classics (that I know). I generally like classics epics such as Ben-Hur, Lawrence of Arabia, Lion of the Desert, El Cid, Kelly's Heroes, Where Eagles Dare etc.

Care to recommend any of your favourites?

You didn't. ...And if you go back and read my posts you'll see where I never actually 'accused' you of saying that Mark is 'not a nice guy' or that he's 'out to get you'. ...I was merely making a point in vouching for his character to say that he isn't a jerk who goes around on CF picking dumb debates with people. I never accused you of thinking or saying this. Just making a point.

That makes no sense though because I would never ever assume that he was so I don't get why you felt you felt the need to point out how much a swell guy he was.... the debate was never about mark character and I would never discuss that...

The Dirty Dozen for certain. ...Also, have you ever seen The Lion in Winter? Not exactly an action epic, but it's got some serious epic acting and dialogue. Very interesting film.

I also recommend Stalag 17.

Oh sweet! A green screen... That's cool.

My plans with a friend tomorrow depend on whether it will rain. So I'm not quite sure what we'll end up doing yet. So far we're going out for lunch. Lol.

Yeah, we had to remove the entire set up we had going in his apartment where we converted his bedroom into a studio of sorts. His bedroom was nothing but green screen, lights and cameras/sound equipment.

His house will allow a lot more options and no fear of falling down stairs. We had built a platform above the stairs at his apartment to film from. The last movie we were making it started giving way.... so we had to take time off filming to do repairs. We bolted a huge fence post pole to the wall and stairs to finish filming.

Can I come? I LOOOVE lunch.
