Spent some of the day outside resuming progress on cleaning out the garage (became quite cluttered after I moved in, seeing as I had to spontaneously store most of my furniture from my last place in Shreveport there). Blue sky, pleasantly warm temperature, the agreeable sounds of the nice Hispanic couple who'd recently moved in next door having a cookout with their extended family and the kids are all running around just over the fence, and my own brand of music playing at a mild level from the back porch as I work so as not to interfere too much with the neighbors' revelry. Can be sweaty, grunting work moving all that furniture around and cleaning off the leaves and dust, but, hey, the atmosphere this afternoon actually made it palatable.

Suppose a man in Scotland who's very proud to be Scottish takes one of those DNA kits and finds out he's no true Scotsman.

I don't understand people who think they're better than me expecting me to ever treat them with any respect.

I can quite happily live in a world where everyone is mean to each other. I'm not going to be some docile guy who is nice to everyone especially if they think they're superior to me.

Although now feel much better reading vanilla people on reddit squabble about nice guys and bad boys.. lol.

Strange kind of.. CF is about the only forum I visit.. yet when I go on Reddit the site is much more rough. At least it's not once sided. Women say horrible things about men, but the men have the guts to say horrible things about women too. So there is at least equality on that front.
