Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

Decided to celebrate St. Patrick's Day by picking up some plants for the garden. Ended up buying an olive tree, strawberry plant, various types of tomatoes (including an Italian variety of Romas), jalapenos, a bell pepper, pimentos, onions and a habanerno plant - basically ingredients for my world famous salsa.

Watching an old 1998 episode of WCW Thunder from YT right now and the uploader left in the commercials that aired at the time. Just went past one that was for the Bill Clinton "Growing Nose" Wristwatch. Hah!

I got a serious problem with the way I *believe* God views disability. I ignore the fact that the Bible shows so much compassion for people like me that most of Jesus's miracles center around helping the disabled and letting them know that they're valued by God. There's that banquet parable too with all the disabled being gathered and brought to a party, something I seldom get to experience anymore ever since I entered junior high and the concept of social status took high ground with my peers.

And here I struggle with believing that God loves me even though He made me disabled. If I was some sort of test for people to see if they have empathy worthy of God's Kingdom, then I think God is going to be sorely disappointed with a lot of people in my life.
