I hate the UCC. I'm trying to really like it right now, but I loathe it.

Come on....I've seen through the Restatement Second of Contracts, I've been through the UCC, yet all this gobbledygook about perfect tender, cure, warranty of fitness for particular purpose, anticipatory repudiation, adequate assurances, entrustment, bailee, fungible goods!!!!! Ughhhhh.

I swear I cannot believe that I signed up for three years (my best years) to be locked in the library pouring over case law and statutes and codes. I'm not going to look the way I am now forever....and law school has made me sooooo boring!

Plus, it's messed up my sleep schedule. I've been in the library far too late for finals study, like until 7 in the morning. Try spending 18 hours in the library. It's like being locked up in prison with no bed.

I really need to finish making the flashcards of the provisions I need to know for the exam. Then go through my supplement as fast as possible, then go back review the flashcards, review UCC and commentary and then review the outline i'm using, then go back and go thorugh the practice problems.

Now the UCC isn't too bad standing alone. It's rather that there is a 3 hour exam with 100 short answer questions that my entire grade. No pressure.

I mean I'm okay at contracts. I'm no wizard at it. Like last year my contracts professor would have review sessions and then he gave us a booklet of 30 years of past exams; I went through all the ones with model answers. Contracts is like that. Practice, practice, practice.

Under God's law, you'd just have to learn how to make a mean sandwich.

Deut 4:2 "You shall not add to the word which I am commanding you, nor take away from it, that you may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

My one saving grace is that my mother looks really good for her age and has aged well and I hope I age well, too.

Out of all the other people's mothers in my class that I've seen pictures of/meet, my mother is one of the best looking (for someone in her 60s). Men still hit on her when she goes out! Of course, most of the women in my mother's family look like models, or did when they were younger.

Whats on my mind ?

I really worry about me right now. I'm almost certain that I won't be meeting a good enough girl coz many are taken. And those who aren't won't be interested in "dating" coz its "deprecated" by the Catholic Church for being against our culture.
Only thing left is the arranged marriage.

Its like attempting to hit a 1x1" box at 2000 meters with an iron sighted rifle

I might try to go to bed in a couple hours after I get some more work done. I'll probably take a Benadryl since I just don't sleep well anymore. I get sleep, but it doesn't feel like it is a restful sleep. I hardly ever wake up feeling refreshed and chipper in the morning. But I took a Benadryl the other day before my first exam and that was one of the best sleeps I've had in a long while.

I've taken benadryl a couple times when I couldn't get to sleep, but I find it makes me wake up groggy.

Then again, maybe it was B-12 that sunk her battle ship :(

There is one thing I am not, I am not a liar. Everything I write about Rebekah is completely true. When I am near her my heart leaps, I even just asked God from the word to show me why I am drawn to this other lady... I was perfectly content having Rebekah at the center of my heart. All I got was Psalms of Giving God Glory, nothing about my current situation. I will know more tomorrow.

Nom, I have never been on a date in my life; but I cannot help but think that you have a lot to learn.

I have been reading your posts for months now, and I fear that all of your love is really self-love and you don't even realize it. Too much "I" and "me."
