Thank you for time.
First, I would check for the wounds in the hand, feet, and side.

Don't forget that satan can imitate the glory of God, but cannot imitate humility and obedience, which is what the Lord's wounds demonstrate.

True, I will also cross myself because devils hate the sign of the cross.

I would answer in multiple ways.

1. I would fall dead at his feet (Revelation 1:17).

2. I would be translated into the promised state glory (1 John 3:2).

3. I would shrink in shame of my sin (Luke 5:8).

4. I would weep at his feet and kiss them (Luke 7:38).

Fall flat on my face. Then He would say, "Don't be afraid".

My first thought is that I would tremble and cry, but it may be that the presence of the Lord would fill me with unimaginable joy. It may be there is nothing I can do other than experience His love.

I would view it as a demonic counterfeit. The person of Jesus is at the right hand of the Father and will not appear on earth until He comes at His second coming when every eye shall see him. We have the Person of the Holy Spirit living in us, so we don't need to have personal appearances from Jesus, seeing that the indwelling Holy Spirit is equal to Him and represents Him.

The last time Jesus appeared to anyone it was to the Apostle Paul, and the glory of His appearance knocked him off his horse, struck him blind, and changed him forever. The Lord appeared to John when he was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and John fell at His feet as if dead. That's what a personal appearance of the glorified Jesus does to people. Those who say that Jesus appeared to them in person and these things did not happen to them, are deceived by a demon impersonating Jesus. The Scripture says that the devil can appear as an angel of light and so we have to know what God's Word says about where Jesus actually is, so we are not deceived.

The next time I will see Jesus is when I will either meet Him in the air at the Rapture, or rise from the grave to meet Him, but not before then!

I'd drop to the ground, face first. I figure, too, if it was REALLY the Lord Himself, as it was for John with the Revelation, I'd just know.

I joke about this a lot. The closer I get to Him and His reality becomes my reality I joke, even with Him, that when I see Him for the first time I am going to say "Hey!" because that's how I greet my friends.

I would probably be skeptical that it's actually him. However, with that aside I would like to see the nail prints in his hands. I would then fall on my face and weep after coming to the realization that those wounds were the price he had to pay for my redemption.

Wow. This thought is making me feeling rather emotional.

To me it seems obvious that you're asking what we would do if we saw the actual, literal Lord Jesus Christ and not an evil imitator, so I'll answer based on that alone:

Fall down on my face in tears, kiss his feet, and plead for mercy.

As was said earlier, check for the wounds of His Passion.

Thanks for this question! I've decided I'm going to use it as a reflective exercise in a small group I'm leading at church tomorrow night.
