what would Christians think of a religion whose only real purpose was to exploit the sins of Christianity?

What are you trying to say?

I sought for a proper translation, but apparently it doesn't match.
The "bisounours", in France is a TV cartoon, displaying ingenuous characters. It's been watched by young children, but also turned ingenuous person into being called believing in the "bisounours'world", when believing in too ingenuous realities, (see also santa Klaus).
I was just meaning the persons whose Barron speaks of will soon call wickedness the Bisounours' ingenuity.

That sounds messed up, where shows portray a fake reality. Some TV shows in the West are portraying fake realities as well, and some following far-left ideologies with LGBT themes.

What concerns me is the risk they'll end up calling wicked persons some gentle and innocent ones.. And vice versa, as it's already the case

In the last days, what is bad will be called good, and what is good will be called evil. We are in these last days, brother. Anyways, it is getting late here. We can talk more tomorrow, but yes, we are in the last days.

Isaiah 5:20 (ESV): "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!"

2 Timothy 3:1-5 (ESV): "But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people."

LGBTQ seems to be over represented in TV shows, movies and commercials. You would think they are a majority based on watching these

A question of truth, once again

Are you sure you meant "exploit", not "constructive study...of the sins of Christianity"?

I only know one religion who "exploits" the sins of Christianity and they'd be the extremist sects of Islam.

The extremist sects of Islam points out the errors of Christians and Jews but it isn't the only thing they do obviously.

If there's a religion whose ONLY purpose is to exploit the errors/sins of Christianity. I don't think such religion exist.

You mean such objective does exist, in association with others. I hardly can believe it, it's so easy, and above all, moral, to adhere Jesus' teachings.
Yet, while writting, i think again of great evils perpetrated by christians throughout the world, and throughout centuries of christian missions randomly benevolent. It could have fostered some resentful minds into error. Do you think such is the case ? Or in association with other considerations ?

It isn't easy for everyone. For example, people who loves money will find it difficult to follow the teachings of Jesus because one of the teachings of Jesus is to help the poor with our resources (not just giving the poor chump change but giving enough to matter) because that's how we show our love for one another.

There are many denominations in Christianity ignoring the hard teachings of Jesus or don't take them seriously enough or worse, twists its meaning into something else completely different from its original meaning.

i agree. To follow Jesus teaching isn't easy. Often it requires faith.. Yet, sometimes, following suit Mary (Martha's sister)'s behavior isn't that difficult.. I guess, less difficult as Martha's.
Besides following Jesus teaching, there is another possibility. It's to be witness of his words. It's not always easy either yet, however hard we can try. See Pilate's efforts to spare Jesus' life, quickly ruined

Yet, the same Pilate was able to testify of the kingship of Jesus, in spite of the fierce jewish controversy. I think he gave back to Truth what is his. He was not strong enough to avoid Jésus'death, but to pay tribute to his memory, yes.

How to be sure ? May be the decaying could last a long time again.. (?)
Potentially, maybe it would take centuries of decay for the world to end, but we are closer now compared to 50 years ago.

Looks like you deserve an "agree icon". If you agree too, I suggest we don't go further in this thread, for we don't seem to be much further on in our dialogue (?)
