I had a really good run this morning. I got a little closer to one of my goals. 6.14 miles in 1:02. Just gotta push a little harder to get that under 1 hour.

My neck muscles are fine but my calves were a different story!Hats off to painters. Oh, that work on neck muscles! Ha, and I watched "The Agony and the Ecstacy" last night.
