this winter I have crocheted over 100 scarves for family and friends... working on a baby afghan now.

Wow... that boggles my mind. I've made plenty of things this winter and in winters past, but over 100 scarves... Wow!!!!!!! Praise God for diligent hands.

I'm almost finished with a pink shell baby blanket, just finished a blue/green/white ripple one.


I've also made like, 5 or 6 doilies lately, and just made up my own pattern for granny squares to use up all my extra yarn!

I'm cross stitching an Eagle with a bible verse. Just finished the eagle (took a long time) now stitching clouds. It is the biggest project I have ever done.

Wow! It really is neat to see so many people of various ages enjoying knitting and crafts. I am a craftaholic. I knit, crochet, cross-stitch, use rubber stamps, scrapbook, and lots of other things. I have an ongoing crochet project that I have been working on now for about 7 yrs. It is a table cloth of thread crochet. I mostly work on it in the summer time when the light is good in the evenings. This past winter I made several scarves and matching hats. The hats are fun and easy to do. They look good too.

A tablecloth of thread crochet!!! Oh, God bless you!!! I've only thought of such challenges, but have not gotten that far. The thought of crocheting thousand+ tiny motif sends my head is circles. But I want once, so it will happen one day, that and a thread crochet beadspread. What type of motif is it?

my family does crystal glass blowing,fusing,flame working etc. we're doing tiny wedding bell crystals for weddings right now and i also have a vase i'm working on.

Well, I am done with the hooded baby blanket and booties. Now I'm "practicing" knitting in the round for the felted (knitted) purse class I plan to take on Saturday morning. I'm excited about it. It only took me two tries of several rows to realize that if you want flat Vs on one side with the little seed like pattern on the reverse that when you knit in the round you need to just keep on knitting, not knit a row and then purl a row.... doh!

I am still working on my shawl and a wedding present for a wedding last summer... haha
