My advice might not be what you'd want to hear, but I will try to say it kindly.
What blessings are you seeking? Everything in this life passes away like a puff of smoke. What we need is healing from sin, to be made like Christ, the grace of God, salvation and eternal life in Him.
If we have these things, it should be all we need. If we live in thankfulness, everything seems to us as a blessing from God.
It depends, again, what blessings you mean. But what people often seek are the kinds of things that, for them, could get in the way of their relationship with, trust in, or devotion to God - and if that is true, God is not going to make things happen so that we receive those things.
If we are looking at Him as some kind of wish-granter, then our view of Him is wrong.
He DOES give us what we need, and will give us things that bring us joy, but that is within the context of receiving joyfully whatever comes as being from God, and for the sake of our own salvation.
Forgive me please if I misunderstand you. I don't know what you seek. But this is often the answer.
"Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you."

Hi GCA, when we are being obedient/faithful our blessings may actually come in the form of the Lord ~NOT~ blessing us, at least not in the way or manner we would normally presume that He might.
God, because of our fallen nature and for our own good, even when we are being obedient/faithful, uses the fittest means possible to get our focus off of our brutish/continual love of this world/life and onto the next, as well doing whatever it takes to make us more and more like His Son .. Philippians 1:6, 2:13, Romans 8:28

Hi again GCA, here's a practical suggestion that the Bible makes in answer to your question:
Philippians 4
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
8 Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.
9 The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

p.s. - also, here's a commandment with a promise that should help. Just be sure to take the time to truly understand what the commandment half is actually saying, or you'll turn the Lord into a Cosmic Sugar-Daddy, and the promise that He makes to you in the second half of the verse will not be forthcoming

Honestly, I’d start by recognizing the blessings you already have. God has given us all so much - and often we don’t see or recognize what He has done.
We aren’t promised to have a perfect life - and are even told that as Christians, we will experience trials. We are to give thanks to God in all things.
This is a hymn in my church that is perfect for remembering God’s blessings. The author wrote it while he was in a prison camp. It is called Glory to God for all Things.
The Akathist Hymn: "Glory to God for All Things"

16 Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
