I was going to say Twilight hardly qualifies.

But then I realized that you are dead center of the demographic it is aimed at.

Well as far as the 2 easily measurable aspects of age and gender goes.

Everyone I know likes this movie. I find it unfunny, boring and there is not a single character I like. Not "Inconceivable".

Agreed with the normally "way too corny and cheesy" aspect. Have to ask, though, what about the latest Batman series by Christopher Nolan: Batman Begins and The Dark Knight? I thought they did a great job in removing as much camp as was possible for a movie revolving around a guy wearing a cape and fighting villains in makeup.

Pitch Perfect

It's an okay movie, but it's very predictable and not very new. It has its funny moments but that's about it.

Argo, The Artist, The King's Speech... or any of the supposedly 'Best Picture' winners from the last ten years. Perhaps with exception to The Hurt Locker (which was good) and Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (which was okay, but the worst out of that trilogy). These films seemed arty for the sake of being arty.

"Everyone" doesn't love Twilight. Among males and people over 20 it's about as hated as a movie can be.

Avatar, Pulp Fiction, Requiem for a Dream and Star Wars are the first few that come to mind for me, but there are more.

A Streetcar Named Desire (I love the play)
Sunrise (a classic silent film; I don't dislike silents overall)

I think this movie was very well made (and considering I don't like older movies that's good coming from me), however I understand definitely where you are coming from. It's such a shocking movie...

That's not really why I disliked it. I didn't think it made the point it was trying to make as well as it could've, and the whole thing is a bit formless, it's pretty much The Malcom Mcdowell Show. I'm a big Stanley Kubrick fan overall.

Also agree with the people saying Titanic. Other than the costumes and sets there's nothing at all superlative about it.
