There is no plan because the only solution to this problem (and no I do not think it's actually a problem, but I am assuming those who whine about modern culture do and addressing the situation from that perspective) is to censor, and even the hard core conservatives aren't going to make that goal obvious. Gotta get the sheep on board with tales of debauchery among the kiddies first, playing to the fear all parents share that they are not actually in complete control and will somehow be held publically accountable for their children's behaviors. Pathetic.

Eh, every generation thinks the one after it is the worst one yet, so I really don't think this is that big of a deal. I just get annoyed when people try to hold everyone else in the world accountable for their lack of caring about their children.
