Eugenics.Was what not book knowledge?
Eugenics.
But in that debate, was inbreeding depression brought up?The debate regarding eugenics was book knowledge, of course... books were written both in favor of and against the practice as a social philosophy. A person who wished to overcome their ignorance could read both sides of the debate and decide its morality for themselves.
But in that debate, was inbreeding depression brought up?
So evidently the information contained therein wasn't strong enough to convince them they were making a mistake? If it was, the Nazis would've burned the books that mentioned it.

Because I don't think eugenics is pure propaganda. Why are you assuming that they sincerely believed their own propaganda?
Sure. Everyone has weakness and flaws. Every scientist, every priest, every prophet, every Christian, every pagan and every atheist.
I don't believe in perfection.
Now science the system (also imperfect) is designed to mitigate human failings in an attempt to get to the truth.
I understand the narrative fine. The first man and woman disobeyed their creator and so moved away from his perfection and they and their descendants were punished for it. They were tainted by this first sin and only a sacrifice of their creator himself could absolve them.
As an allegory for the imperfection of humanity I'm not a fan but it's as good as any other.
As a literal history of humanity it's massively inconsistent with all the physical evidence.
Can we keep to the thread topic please.
If we evolved, we did not fall and Christ's death is not an atonement for sin.
If we fell, and Christ's death is an atonement for sin, we cannot be evolved.
Because I don't think eugenics is pure propaganda.
I think it is ... or was ... a viable theory at one time.
I'm sure you appreciate how unconvincing this is as an argument?Sorry, but your wrong on all counts.
Your just making secular statements, founded in secular thinking and belief about Spiritual matters, you don't realize just how far off base you actually are.
The problem with all of your arguments is, you will not understand any of it until you personally become Saved, until then your just wasting your time and effort.
I'm sure you appreciate how unconvincing this is as an argument?
Personally, I think endeavoring to learn and understand are, in general, inherently good and useful.
However, if it were true that it is simply impossible for me to understand until I undergo a supernatural transformation then what purpose is you telling me?
If you can't explain and I can't understand, are you simply showing off your piety to other believers?
Pride perhaps?

I would like to bring your attention to this, @AV1611VET
The Nazis used pseudoscientific sophistry to push the idea that they were biologically superior.
Of course, if you're spiritually superior, who needs biology?
Bull-pucky. Now you're just talking out your backside. Name one thing I, as an unbeliever, cannot understand without being "Saved."The problem with all of your arguments is, you will not understand any of it until you personally become Saved, until then your just wasting your time and effort.
