This seems to be the consensus. You all (and classical disps. generally) seem to be saying that the 'Times of the Gentiles' end at the 'rapture.

Thanks for answering my question everyone.

I am not saying that the end of the Times of the Gentiles finish at the Rapture, but when the Lord comes to the earth to deliver Israel & judge the nations. Sorry if there was some confusion there in what I posted.

to LEARN what the two candlesticks and two olive trees
represent in the Bible. And INSTEAD of learning, you
decided to repeat your ad hominem attacks and

1. Palm Sunday (when the 69th week ended) to AD 70
2. Palm Sunday to AD 1967 (when Jerusalem was retaken by Israel)

Well I haven't read all repsones to your question, but I will give you what I teach in my Escatology Bible class that is a classical dispensationalism view.

Teh time of the Gentiles began with the capture of Jerusalem by Babylon and Nebuchadnezzar!

This was signalled by Daniel in his two dreams (the stature seen by Neb. and the four beasts.)

From Babylon, the Medes and Persians took over, then Greece and then the fourth beast, which I teach as Imperialism. It started with Rome, then the division of the Rome and Imperial govt. to east west. East, Constantinople, the n Russia.

West we had Rome, the Germany , France, Spain and the English and American form s of IMperialism.
The times of the Gentiles will end at teh physical return of Jesus when He shall establish the Millenial Kingm and He reigns as King!

So, in this eschatology class that you teach...
how do you account for Daniel 7:11-12 which establishes
there is a "Season and Time" on earth AFTER the destruction of
the Fourth Kingdom, when it is "given to the Burning Flame" which
is the SAME EVENT as the Revelation Beast being "cast alive into
the Lake of Fire"?


Dan 7:11
I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame. As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time.


Rev 19:20
And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.



How do you account for the first three Kingdoms having their
"lives prolonged for a Season and Time" AFTER the people in
the Fourth Beast are "cast into the Lake of Fire"?


Do you teach the people in the first three (3) Kingdoms continue
to live on earth AFTER the people in the Fourth Kingdom are cast
into the Lake of Fire and/or the Burning Flame?

Do you teach the people living in Daniel's Fourth Kingdom are the
SAME PEOPLE living in the Revelation Beast(s) and the SAME PEOPLE
living in the Great Tribulation "Kingdom of Heaven" [Mat 25:1] Since
these are the people living on earth when the Lord Returns.
