I have worked hard to find a significant other and have found no one.

Seek, investigate the Truth (not the just the Truth in religion but the truth in everything, including science and secular knowledge), and prepare for eternal life.

That is the only life worth living. The Bible says, most people will miss that road (only few will find it) so it's something to be concerned more about. Much more than romance and sometimes, even happiness in this world.

Most people are actually hung up on religion. Half of the people around the world are Christians. That's a LOT. The FEW is definitely on to something different than what the rest is doing.

Life is to be lived and life is to be spent in the service of out Lord in the knowledge that there is a greater life to come.

At 42 and still single, I have learned to accept my status as an unmarried Christian woman and find fulfillment in the Lord though my life continues to lack a romantic companion. Additionally, I am bipolar coupled with OCD so my relationship and dependence on the Lord has become paramount to maintaining stability and happiness. I learned to find joy through a new career at which I excel, supportive friends, a great relationship with my mom, and intensive Bible study which leads to an intimate relationship with God and a better witness.

Life should be giving glory to God throughout the day and into the night.

As we get self centered at times seems we all fall short.
