I was studying the word, decided to check a webpage regarding a health question.

While reading they show a picture of 3 little brothers, ages 1, 4, and 6 sitting in some green grass, eating watermelon together.

It hit me, that at my age of 34; and my position in life...I may never experience what it means to be a Father. My heart ached, remembering what it was like to be 1 of those boys and how much I loved my Dad.

Probably just a distraction from the enemy, back to studying.

Was just thinking. Back in cub scouts we had a manual to carry with calisthenics described in it. Totally useless to active prepubescent boys (pre video game and smart phone). But just realized if seniors were in cub scouts they would be ideal for a daily plan

There's a company in my town called Credit Human. I kid you not.

For over half a century they had a normal name, then in 2016 they changed it to Credit Human. I'm looking forward to leaving this world.

As far as I know I do not dream, not often anyhow but the night before last I had a dream.

I accuse someone of stealing my boat, löng story short,

when I awoke trying to make it all out, I realized I had sold that boat thirty years ago.

Felt pretty stupid
because it was so vivid..

That is interesting because was pretty devastated thinking I have lost my mind.

So pulling myself together took a bus to the store, there I had a coffee and I called my wife from before,

we are good friends, she has helped me enormously.

And she said the same as you, that just that boat must have meant the world to me.

And she was pretty spot on, would say.

I think, too, this time of year with all its cultural expectations and baggage, often brings people's "stuff" to the surface. Over the last few days I have had so many conversations with people processing old griefs and wounds.

O'boy, hope I don,t get anymore of those unwelcome surprises.

Mind you I almost rebuilt the whole boat, with teak, mahogny and oak,

and then had to sell it very cheap becaise I was going away.

Boats, and ships have been my life, just is so.

Yeah, she was fine looking, I have had a few since with pleasing lines but she was reliable.

I was thinking we need to pray for others more and argue with them less.
I was thinking of @Robban 's boat and @Paidiske 's former job. I was thinking of the lives we live, the experience's we have, the memories we share. I pray for you all, even if their be some who think it futile. I pray for your joys, your sorrows, your triumphs, your defeats. I pray they would all be blended beautifully together and merge at truth.

What's the difference between a captain and a skipper?

Plus why didn't Captain Kirk of the U.S.S. Enterprise wear one of those hats like the guy from Gilligan's Island? How can you be a captain if you don't have the hat? I don't think he was a real captain.

Although, if he was faking being a captain it seems like he would have at least gone to the trouble of stealing a captain's hat. I mean, it takes years of training to become a medical doctor but it only took me a moment to steal a white coat and a stethoscope.
