If you have a little stale tortilla chips (real tortilla chips, not Doritos or Tostados), spread them on a baking sheet, spray with olive oil, a little salt, bake at 425 for a bit and they are crunchy again. I just did it, and I'm amazed every time. They're just as good as they were fresh and hot.
