Have you ever heard of the New World Order, and the one world government? It has to be done undetected, you know. In spite of all the allegations that Masons are rich and powerful, the best way for you guys to make some big money seems to be to say you've left the Masons and then publish just such a book.
You don't even need a publisher; just an internet site to hawk the copies you've made up. I read Pat Robinson's book on the "subject" and he did no research whatsoever. You could write a book like that in a month.

That's the very first thing that you saw when you looked up the word. It's not even a case where you read the definition and then at the end it says "see also." It put it right up front, in your face so that you were sure to read it. Somehow you missed it. It's ok though, I'm here to make sure you follow the directions that the dictionary is telling you to do. Then you run off quoting scripture from your erroneous definition.

You should have, AT THE VERY LEAST, checked it out and not ignored it, then we might have agreed on the definition. I don't play games, I take this seriously.

I know too much about linguistics to take word roots seriously; words change their meaning over time and it's what a word means at the time it was used in the Bible that matters, not what it once meant. The same is true of words we use today; it's what they mean now that count, not what they meant a hundred years ago or a thousand. Where words come from is interesting, but not important to their contemporary users. This is why every Shakespearean play comes with marginal notes, as does the KJV.
