Haha, I'm something similar. Half chinese, half indian. Interesting how the "mix" part of our names effectively means the same thing.

Can't remember if I answered this before. Anyway, I had gotten on a forum for Tremors The Series and since Burt was my favorite character, and since he was a gun lover extraordinaire, I chose LadyNRA just as a temporary user name until I cuold think of something 'better'. But that name just stuck and once I got onto other forums, I ended up using it there too. So now I use it often. I am a member of the NRA and I do shoot (target exclusively). So it works for me.

[Willing Spirit]

I first used my username on another forum back in 2006. It was a fan site for the "Spirit Of Radio" (the name given to Toronto radio station CFNY for most of the 80's). I was trying to come up with a username that contained both my name "Will" and something to do with the "Spirit of Radio". While brainstorming, a totally unrelated line from Matthew 26:41 came to my mind, which says "The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak". So I became "willing spirit" and have since used it on different forums. But this is the first time I've used both large case letters and a space in my username.

I tried to have my You Tube account with the same name, but it was already taken.

I chose this name at the Catholic Answers forum years ago, because I like sea oats. There wasn't any deep meaning behind it. I just needed a screen name, so I chose one off the top of my head.

A lot of my views have changed since then, and my life is much different now than it was at that time, but I kept the screen name anyway.

I've used the nickname Lynxxus for a lot of things including my PSN account, and emails. I came up with the nickname when I started learning how to hack phones. I don't do that anymore, but I though the name was a good nickname for my online life.

Daphnia is tha latin name for water fleas. with a normal heart rate of 180 bpm, they are amazing little creatures, they remind me of how awesome God must be to be able to create something as small and as intricate as them.

Shane is my name. 'the theologian' comes from my interest in the patristics (especially Crysostom and Gregory Nazianzus, the theologian). I do have a real theological education.
