CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I need to become the "protector" that is needed by my children and our home.

I am praying that Jesus Christ, My King forever shine his light and that His Grace forever be upon me. I realize that without him Im nothing and I cannot and will not live this life without His presence.
I also pray for all those on Christianforums and that may God grant all the desires and wants in your lives.

I've been thinking lately about the idea of prayer partners, although I think that people usually just do that sort of thing with friends.
I feel like I have a lot of prayer requests (either for myself or loved ones) and don't want to spam the thread. Also, there are some things you don't want to post on a public thread (that even non-registered viewers can see). Of course, you'd have to really trust a person to divulge personal info even via PM.

okay. um. i think i'm about to get into some big trouble.
my neighbours gave me a spare set of keys so i can watch their house and feed the bunny when they go out of town. like this past weekend. the problem is now for the life of me i cannot find those keys. i always leave them in the same spot, but they're not there. i know they have to be either in my car or in the house, but i can't find them.
and now i'm getting horribly stressed out which probably isn't going to help me remember what i did with them.
so yeah some prayer would be appreciated

i suspect now that my mom may have them, but she won't be back until late tonight so i'll have to wait and ask then.
