With the holidays and all I gained a little this past week and it's just got me discouraged and depressed which in turn makes me eat even more! ! Please pray I can get back on track and have the will power to do so.

Crystal - woman, I feel your pain, I did SO well back in 2010 when I lost 20-25 lbs, and then I just sort of slugged to a halt. At least I haven't gained it back, but with being sick this past week, and all of Don's amazingly delicious cooking, I'm in trouble lol. Gotta get back to the smaller, lighter meals and get active again! He just got us a bunch of dancing games for the Wii, so that might help lol.

I still need prayer for my health Got an antibiotic yesterday, but as of right now, not feeling any improvement. I know it can take a few days. My head just feels like it's stuffed with cotton and my eyes hurt I'm beyond exhausted, inside and out.

Also for Don - he's flying to Texas early tomorrow morning, then back to Delaware on Friday night. Please pray that he's safe and doesn't meet with any problems! He tends to run into a lot of "bumps" when he's traveling, it seems lol.

Prayer request for one of my best friends Dad who was diagnosed with Eye Cancer. He'll be going next week to the Eye Cancer Specialist, so we'll see what can be done. Pray for him, his wife, and his son and daughter (my bestie)

- Mom's oldest brother just got word that his cancer has come back, and they are unsure how far it has extended.

-Mom's oldest sister is have parts of her large intestine removed due to a severe case of Diverticulitis.

-Mom's second oldest sister has staph infection in her knee, and might end up losing her leg.

-My mom. As you might expect, she is under a lot of strain finding all of this out...all today. And to top it off, she is coming to an anniversary of when both of her parents died, just 2 weeks apart. So this is an emotional time for her.

My grandmother (who has been sick) was just moved to ICU on account of low oxygen levels, she's been on O2 for about three weeks.

Well, we got the results from the oncologist, Mom's cancer is stage IV so it's terminal. There's not really any getting better from this. My brother and I have a lot of decisions to make this week about her. I never thought at 29 I'd be choosing hospice care for my mother, but you never know what will happen. I'm going home to be with her during the surgery for her colon. The average is 2 years but she's young and strong so we are hoping for longer. If you all could pray for strength and clarity for my brother and myself, I'd appreciate it

Asking for prayer for my dad's family. We lost his dad (my grandfather) back in October, we lost his cousin right before the new year and now his Uncle passed away last night. So, we have another funeral to attend next week. What's also hard is my cousin probably won't be able to make it because the family didn't approve of her decisions when her dad passed away so.

im verry sick right now. angelwings and her momma had to bring me some dayquil/nyquil to help me. it is helping but i still feel awful. pleas pray for me that i can get better.
