Immediate Prayers needed!!!!!
I have a kid from our youth group who is in need of lots of prayers!!!!
Last night he told me that his girlfriend was pregnant (he is 18, she is 18 too) and her parents were 'making' her get an abortion. He said he wants to keep the baby and raise it and give it the love that his dad never gave him. This guy is not a believer, although he comes regularly to our studies. Last night, he also opened up a bible for the first time on his own and started reading it, looking for hope.
The prayer requests are this:
1) The baby isn't aborted, and he can help raise this baby.
2) He finds guidance and is lead to the Lord!

Tomorrow mom goes in to see if the cancer has spread and how large the tumor is. Please pray that it will not have spread, and for courage for her and serenity.

Will be praying for your mom.
I have a prayer and a praise, first the praise.
At one point this year, my Dad was very sick, and it didn't look like he was gonna be with us this Christmas, but he pulled out of it and is doing somewhat better.
However, please continue to pray for his health, and pray for my family, this will be our first Christmas without his brother who passed on in February. It will be tough, but I know that he's going to have the best Christmas ever celebrating with all the family that passed on before him.

Please pray for my brother-in-law... that God might soften his heart and give my family wisdom and strength. My brother-in-law has trouble getting along with my family to the point where he wont freely let us see my baby niece. My mom's hurt because she was really enjoying being a grandma and my dad is frustrated. He (brother-in-law) wont let my sister and the baby come over to the house... So seeing my sister this Christmas is very bleak and that breaks my heart.

Asking for prayers of a local girl's family. She was found dead tonight. She was only 9 years old. She went missing on Friday night and the man she was with is the suspect for her murder. So please pray for her family right now!
Also, my dad's family. They found his cousin who had cancer dead in his home yesterday so we have that funeral on Friday to go to.

Children, get your hearts right.
I've been in a very similar situation, albeit many years ago. I'm so sorry that your family is going through this; I know how painful it can be and how helpless one can feel in the midst of it all. You have many, many prayers coming from me and, for what it's worth, an open set of ears/eyes if you need them and feel like taking me up on that offer. Lots of love to you, your mom and your family, lady.
<3I'm sorry that the situation is putting a damper on your Christmas. Saw your second post, but I'll continue to pray for softened hearts across the board.
I saw a news article about the little girl tonight - how terrible. Praying for her and her family. Prayers too for your family in this difficult time.
