Customers at the bank that get angry because I ask for an i.d. How ignorant is that? They're getting mad because the bank that they keep their money at is protecting their account from strangers.. It's a great way to make me wonder if they are who they say they are or if they are the stranger! Also - expecting me to know who they are when they've never seen me... therefore, I've probably never seen them.
