Sabre is a username I've had for a while, it came from when I registered elsewhere under the name SabreDancer257 which everyone shortened to Sabre. The numbers were meaningless, but the SabreDancer part is because I'm a daredevil. The name Sabre symbolizes toughness, good skill in debate (verbal duelling in other words) and a sharp mind

I used to be under a different name. Then nearly 2 years ago after I broke up from my long relationship and was going through a rough time, I listened a lot to the Superchick song Beauty from Pain. And it just reminded me that God would bring beauty from the pain. It was hard to believe then, but He certainly has. He has given me such a blessing and I am so grateful that He ended the relationship that I was in because it was not good for either of us for so many different reasons. And God has called me to walk more closely with Him as a result. I am so happy that He chooses to chase us down and get us to Him!!

Waaaay back in the early days of the internet when Compuserve was bigger than AOL, I had an AOL account. There weren't many chat rooms at that time which were fun, so I gravitated to Hecklers Online. I came up with "Nutrider" to spoof the popular show "Knightrider." I was an avid motorcycle rider and a bit of a smart aleck, so "Nutrider" fit perfectly.
In 1997 I moved to Kentucky from Michigan. I had to cancel my account and then I couldn't use "Nutrider" any more. Being ahead of my time, I changed it to "Nutrider99."

Once upon at time, while I was in the Navy, I was signing the qualification sheets for a bunch of my fellow linguists. Now, there are lot of lines to sign and so one's signature is not usually as neat as it could be. One of the guys looked at my sig and said, "Jenny Katz?" All of my signatures looked like they said that, so everybody started calling me Jenny Katz. It's my Rock Band character's name, too. The other internet forum names I have are LePetitFleur and seeJennrun, which are self-explanitory.

Stravinsk - short of course for Stravinsky, ie: Igor Stravinsky: a composer who's music I'm not particularly fond of, on the whole, although with a few exceptions.
I chose the handle a long time ago in the late 90's when the internet, chat rooms, email and stuff was still relatively new to me. At the time, although I had been an instrumentalist for many years, I was struggling producing the kind of compositions I wanted to write, and didn't have enough music knowledge to really understand why..why oh why??!! does this phrase sound out of place??...does this combination of notes sound awkward???...does this sound rushed??Late??Grating??
Anyway, I've grown alot since then in my craft but the 'Stravinsk' handle just stuck - and besides, I think it's kind of cool

The first letter of my name is L. For about six months last year, whilst finding myself again, I hated my real name and told people to call me "Elle." The .'s before and after it recognize that I am a finite creature with a distinct beginning and a distinct end. If you spell out the letter L like you say it, it's Elle. Therefore... .Elle.
