It says "do not murder." If the intent is to end the life of the baby, which by the time a woman finds out she is even pregnant has the DNA written and likely a heartbeat and brain activity, then that is murder.

Agree with @Ken Rank. "Do not murder" condemns every shade of the unjust assault on human life including simmering anger and hurtful language. "Terminating a pregnancy" is the unjust taking of a human life and, as such, is murder.
