God prefers the simple. But by choosing the weak and the simple, God is not really saying that they are superior to the strong, but He's saying that all of His children are equal. He loves them all the same. God doesn't love Moses or Mary any more than he loves you.

Does growth, or maturity and/or growing and developing and maturing, have anything to do with it at all do you think...?
In this case, having the Baby changed everything. But the Baby growing and maturing and rising from the dead has changed even more.

In Jesus, we grow to where we can go, and discover all we can do, each day creating with God. In us, we have the main results . . . more than history has recorded.
