what do you want to say right now?

What do I want to say? Well, I want to say, "thank God for Christians." I want to be more forgiving of myself, too. I want to know what you guys think John 6:37 is saying, also. Predestination? I want to know what you guys think about a mature Christian that walks in sin. Do they lose they're salvation? Or were they saved at all, to begin with. I guess I have more questions, than answers. Be gentle, this is my first post. :)

GAH! Amie! I forgot to see how you're doing with the cutting back of soda!

I only had 2 cans today...one with dinner and one with lunch. And I had a glass of water. And milk with my breakfast. :) And I just had some coffee.

When I went to the store to buy my soda for the week, they had 6-pack Coke bottles...2 for $5. But I opted for a 6-pack of cans instead. :) And only 1. It's nice when they have those big sales on soda...but if I buy too much I feel inclined to drink more!

>>Is there anything exciting going on right now in your life

I am excited about the service I attended at our church yesterday. Every sunday the pastor finds a new way to tell us about God's love. But yesterday, he told us about how God's love is expressed in the law of God. How God in his love has shown us what is best for us and provided a way for us to live free from all bondage and sin. I praise God, that He really does love us and care about us enough that He wants the very best for us.

We took the L.I.E. to the Throgs Neck Bridge, then to I-695 to I-95. Then onto I-287 to I-87, the NY thruway. My wife is from Brooklyn, and has all her family out in Long Island. Her son lives in Albany, so we went to see him there. Where do you live up there? We probably drove right past you. Did you see a metallic red Blazer with FL plates last wendsday? lol!

I just wanted to get in on the caffeine/headache conversation and offer some encouragement!

I suffer from migraines and I went to a headache clinic a couple of years ago. If I didn't have caffeine by 10:00 in the morning, I had a very intense migraine. When I went to this clinic they told me that meant that caffeine was one of my triggers for headaches and that I needed to come off of it. The bad thing, I had a headache for about 2 weeks. They had to give me painkillers so that I could come off of caffeine! (Who says caffeine isn't a drug! ;) ) Anyway, once I got off of caffeine it was worth it. I only have headaches a couple of times a month now instead of a couple of times a week. I haven't totally eliminated all caffeine from my life (the major source being chocolate!), but I have cut back on most drinks containing caffeine.

Hang in there ladies-it is worth it!!

Laz - Ah...probably didn't pass all that close to me. hehe...I'm a bit away from the NYS Thruway. I have to cross the Hudson to get to it. I'm closer to Route 9.

wvmtnkid - Thanks for that encouragement! I actually noticed I've had less migraines since I started going to my chiropractor. I do have a monthly one...but nothing can be done about that one. ;)
