OM'GOSH...No soda-headaches are the worst arent they.:(
I get them too, although I get one if I dont have a soda or pop as I call it by noon. and its awful!
Hey has anyone noticed by not drinking pop for a week or so, how much weight they lost. I had a friend who I used to work with, that drank nothing but water for a week or two and lost 7 pounds..

Amie - Yes...you MUST do it slowly! We should support each other in our cutting back! hehe Right now I'm trying to limit myself to 2 cans a day. Which winds up less then the 2 bottles a day I would go through at work. At home it's harder though, because the cans are right there in the fridge! And my mom has this thing if I take water out of her Brita thing, I have to immediately refill the thing. hehe So I've been buying bottled water, then I can keep it in my room for when I get thirsty. :)

Allright Jenn,
I will be your support buddy and you can be mine. I will attempt to cut back, I think I will start with 2 cans a day like you, hey its better than 6...and S-L-O-W-L-Y cut back from there because this throbbing in my head is just NOT worth it! I'll be checking back with you...I am literally HOOKED on Pepsi! I was going through withdrawls, tremor, headache...Gosh people would think I was some drug addict and I have to sheepishly admit...no drugs! I am a soda addict!

They say caffine is a drug...or at least an addicting substance. I personally prefer Coke...but they only sell Pepsi where I work so I drank tons of it.

No....throbbing in your head for whatever reason is definitely NOT worth it. I have headaches for other reasons...I certainly don't need one for stopping my soda intake. ;) hehe

I have to agree with your mom on that AA. I drink like 10 to 12 glasses of h2o every day and my skin has never looked better!!! Prior to my water addiction my skin (on my face) had all these blemishes but since I've started to drinking tons of water my face has cleard up so much! Praise be to water!!!!!

Hey Peeps, just wanted to say I'm back from a vacation. My family and I went to Long Island N.Y. for a wedding, and were gone 9 days. It went well, and was a good time for all of us. It was also a family reunion for my wife, who had not seen her family in 13 yrs. So it was real good for her to see her sisters, and their familys. I posted this here since I wasn't sure where else would be best. Hope your all well, God Bless you! C-Ya!

The trip went well, but it was a long drive. We drove up to Long Island NY, then upstate to Albany. Then from there, we drove down thru PA into Maryland and down to I-95 to get home to Orlando. But it was good to see our family, and we had a great time with them. But it's great to be home!
