Hi All,
I've been doing fairly well this past week, and I've been thinking about staying doing well. I know that when I eat right and force myself to be with my friends, I do better. Also, accomplishing little tasks that need to be done instead of leaving them helps me to feel better. I especially know I need to do these things when I don't want to.
What do you to help prevent the depression from getting bad when you're feeling good? What warning signs make you kick into motion to prevent having a problem?
