Dude, I don't think either of us is going to convince the other of anything. The thread is about what happened in Las Vegas and we were originally talking about gun ownership at one time, and then we got into the finer points of statistics, which is obviously something you're professionally involved with. I'm not. So if we're going to talk about this subject, we'll have to bring it back to a more pedestrian level.

Believe me, there is far more information in this world about guns, defense, the Constitution, human rights, and what is right for me in my own life than what anyone in this thread has provided, or can provide. Therefore, I will (and actually already have) made the effort to find the relevant information on my own.
