....by claiming to be the victim of a hate crime. Twice, actually. Claiming to have been attacked for being black, and for being gay.
And he likely would have done so even if there weren't any hate crime laws on the books.

Lots of speculation about her involvement in the case but no evidence whatsoever.

So what's wrong with that?

We just spent over $25M on an investigation with no evidence of any kind before it started and ended up with none after it was all over, taxpayer money being wasted on silly stuff is a good thing isn't it?(Oh wait maybe we should take it from the Welfare/Food Stamp coffers and see who all screams then).

Oh, I don't know, there seem to be a lot of people going to jail and being fined millions of dollars because of the "silly stuff" turned up by the investigation. Remind me again, how many people were tried and convicted by the Republican investigations of Benghazi?

No, the money they're taking from those people has already been earmarked to help out the top 1%ers that the Republicans love so much.

A lot of which was known/ignored by the prior administration. I'm curious as to why it's so important to ignore that to claim Mueller found it all?

I'm also curious as to why it's so important to tie Trump to these people but at the same time ignore their interactions with other folks, mainly ones on the other side of the political fence? (I've asked that question numerous times and have yet to get an answer).

Listen, I'm a politician, which means I'm a cheat and a liar, and when I'm not kissing babies I'm stealing their lollipops. But it also means I keep my options open. Jeffrey Pelt

Yeah, sure he would. Sure he would.
Do you have any reason to believe that it was the existence of hate crime laws that motivated this particular way of trying to draw attention to himself?

The truth will eventually come out who arranged for him to receive his "skate on justice" card, it always does.
If it does, then we'll discuss it. Until then it just seems like baseless rhetoric.

And if there were no hate crime laws, he would still have claimed that.

Someday you're going to realize that things like this happen not because of hate crime laws but because of a well-documented history of violence against blacks and gays. Some jerks (the most serious label I can give here without problems) take advantage of this history for their own gains and would do it regardless of whether there were hate crime laws or not.

Something that he's trying to exacerbate,
I completely agree that he tried to take advantage of it. But he could have done the same even if there were no hate crime laws.

and his handlers bailed him out when he got caught lying.
That remains to be seen. Especially given how angry the Democratic, friend of the Obamas, mayor was about him getting off.

What did Michael Flynn admit to doing again?

You do understand that hate crime laws don't make new crimes, right? They just increase the penalties for existing crimes in certain situations.
Federal hate crimes law actually creates a new crime, though for states you are right.

Battery, except for the use of a firearm or explosive, generally isn't a federal crime unless it's motivated by somebody's membership in a protected class.
OK, although I would argue that it doesn't create a new crime but merely raises an existing crime to the federal level. Thanks.

The news media loves and so do a lot of Democrats. But why? She recently cost NY $24.5 billion in tax revenue and 143,000 jobs over 10 years as her and others got Amazon to scuttle plans for HQ2 in Long Island City.

Her Green Deal is a joke that would cost $53-93 trillion over 10 years.

She's basically a 15 watt bulb in a socket that requires 100 watts.

Why is the news media making such a big deal over her? I don't get it.
I think the real question is why do people repeat lies and then demand answers to them? She had nothing to do with Amazon leaving NYC, despite your demand for a scapegoat. And as usual, there are the insults to her intelligence, while judging by the complaints, you likely support the ignorant policies of the Republican Party and its current leader.

What did Michael Flynn admit to doing again?

Saving his family from being imprisoned and from being bankrupted by continuously having to hire lawyers to represent him in the "we want you to compose against Trump" interrogation sessions.

Oh BTW: So Comey went to Capitol Hill in March to brief lawmakers privately. That is when he told them that the FBI agents who interviewed Flynn did not believe Flynn had lied, or that any inaccuracies in Flynn's answers were intentional. And that is when some lawmakers got the impression that Flynn would not be charged with any crime pertaining to the Jan. 24 interview.

True, and I still would have been amused at his antics but he wouldn't have needed his guardian angels to give him a "skate from justice" card.
