I made pork ribs last night for supper. My BBQ sauce was a mix of a plain tomato-based BBQ sauce, Sczechuan stir-fry sauce, honey, and a splash of liquid smoke. Naturally they were succulent and tender (buffs fingernails), but they were sweet, spicy and sticky. Napkins insufficient - you need a wet washcloth on standby to wipe your fingers and face.
