Hagar represents unbelief, not Torah. Ishmael represents the seed of the serpent, which is the enemy of the children of promise, represented by Isaac. The distinction that your passage addresses is unbelief versus belief, not "law versus grace". Did the Pharisees uphold Torah or the tradition of men?

Sorry but I'm not going out in public with a blindfold on. Looking is one thing desiring a physical connection is quite another. I simply don't want something that doesn't belong to me.

He obeyed the Father, His Spirit is in you...Who do you obey?

Rom 7:6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

The gist of it is a plea from Paul to Galatians, to not revert to their former way of life, "when you did not know God, you were slaves to those who by nature are not gods." (Galatians 4:8)

Who are the two groups being addressed?

Galatians 6:4
"Each one should test their own actions. Then they can take pride in themselves alone, without comparing themselves to someone else,"

Unbelievers and believers are being addressed.

So the sin here is keeping Torah?

Don't these pharisees sound familiar. They were circumcised, yet, they didn't keep the Law. They were unbelievers who did everything for show. They were of the flesh, because they held to their traditions. They abandoned the Torah, and so they did not accept or recognize the Messiah, even as He stood right in front of them.

Galatians 5:11
"Brothers and sisters, if I am still preaching circumcision, why am I still being persecuted? In that case the offense of the cross has been abolished."

Paul formerly preached Pharisaism, when he did not believe in Messiah. He was of the cirumcision that held to traditions of men and not to Torah. The law he refers to is the oral law of Rabbinic Judaism.
