Maybe. Maybe not.
Either that, or "stuff" has always existed in one form or another--whether there is a God or not..Then you seem to believe that "stuff" can self create itself from nothing.
If I read this correctly, there´s at least something that we can agree upon: Assuming that there has ever been a state of absolute nothingness doesn´t make any sense. So there must have always been something.God created the universe....for the iniverse to exist..there HAS to be a God. An uncreated being that always was and is.

However, why you would call that "God" isn´t clear to me (unless you merely use the word "God" as synonym for "that which has always existed").
Why do you call all this "stuff" that has always existed a "him"?
Out of nothing or was there stuff already there? The stuff is the matter/energy God created.
We know because you just told us what stuff was.The stuff is not a him.
What we want to know is why you keep referring to whatever your God is as a 'Him'? does he have male genitalia that makes 'Him' a male? The stuff was created by Him.
That´s quite a leap from "something" to a "Him".Yes, there always was something. I call Him God.
You've never been in a foxhole, have you?I don't care. We've been doing ok without it, so I really don't see how it would make a difference if it showed up now. Do you?
No.Like your god?
Do you mean he's never been afraid? if Gods only come out when someone is afraid then they are not much use are they? You've never been in a foxhole, have you?
That's because you chopped out the important parts. There were other things in there that you chopped out, and then complained that the sentence that remains does not say much! Not really. My problem with 'X is caused by reality": this is entirely banal, and in regards to any given definition of reality tautological. From my current perspective it pretends to say something when it actually says nothing.
What were those important parts that would resolve my problem I described? That's because you chopped out the important parts. There were other things in there that you chopped out, and then complained that the sentence that remains does not say much!
Sure you could - and if this (as I assume - correct me if I´m wrong) were not a fabricated communication problem and you indeed wouldn´t understand how the rest of my sentence was important for what I wanted to communicate, I would try to explain it to you.I could do the same to you. You said "It pretends".
I haven´t. Is it a requirement, and if so, for what? You've never been in a foxhole, have you?
By ultimate reality, I was referring to a reality beyond our space time. That is the part you keep leaving out. What were those important parts that would resolve my problem I described?
I already mentioned one potentially important parts: "[...]ultimate[...]", and I told you that I don´t know how you differenciate between ordinary and "[...]ultimate[...]" reality. Would you be willing to explain this difference to me, and how ordinary and "[...]ultimate[...]" reality relate to each other, in your use of the word?
You are free to explain what I am missing, or to leave it. It certainly isn´t worth the frustration my posts cause you.
Sure you could - and if this (as I assume) were not a fabricated communication problem and you indeed wouldn´t understand how the rest of my sentence was important for what I wanted to communicate, I would try to explain it to you.
Thanks for explaining!By ultimate reality, I was referring to a reality beyond our space time.
