  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

What camera do you own?

Pentax MZ5 (Brilliant small SLR camera) with 50mm af lens, 28-80mm af macro lens 70-210mm manual lens, 17mm fish eye manual lens

Had a Pentax P30 (good first camera)

Had a Canon Ixus APS camera (APS is a rip off and not very good).

Also got a Konica Revio digital 1.2 MPixel camera (low quality but very small and ideal for emails).

Olympus Stylus 400, I've run into difficulties with it. The door that covers the lens easily moves to the side when its in my pocket and then the lens extends in my pocket and people are like whoa what is that and then I'm like shoot and I have to explain its my camera.:)
