My absolute favorite is astronomy. It's something that my hubby and I both enjoy. And what's more romantic than star gazing together? ;) Our two little girls like to stargaze also, but most of the time we sneak outside after they've gone to bed.

After that, biology. I even majored in it for a short while...lol...one of my many abandoned college majors.

And a close third, physics. I only place it in 3rd because it's so hard for me to understand. My hubby, on the other hand, absolutely loves it and seems to grasp concepts that are just beyond me. He would have majored in it if not for his dedication to computer science and math.

But it's all so interesting to me...especially when explained in layman's terms. ;)

I have loved astronomy for most of my life. I don't remember ever not having a telescope. I have tons of books on astronomy and astrophysics.

But it's all so interesting to me...especially when explained in layman's terms. ;)

All of them! (Mostly.)

I have a bachelor of science in geology, so obviously I like that. :) The rest, in order of interest: astronomy, physics, biology, archeology (with a special ken to archeology of the British Isles ca. 4th-7th century AD.), and chemistry. Chemistry baffles me, so that's not my keenest interest.

I love Physics. In fact, I recently taught myself basic calculus so that I could go back to college and pursue a degree in Physics. I also enjoy Astronomy, and to a lesser extent Geology and Chemistry. I never could get very interested in Biology though.

Food science, eh? You wacky Brits! Here in the States, we call that "cooking." ;)
Pfft...cooking. I dunno eh. It just so happens that someone pays me to research ice cream :yum: though unfortunately that doesn't mean I'm just paid to eat it. The company I work for has research centres in the states too :D
