The sweater/hat set is an internet pattern. I'm not sure what I did with the pattern but when I find it, I'll post a link.

Been real busy so haven't had a lot of t ime to work on them. Got to finish 25 before Xmas.

I made my first taggy blanket last night (small blanket with ribbon tags all around it). I thought it turned out really nicely for my first try. I think I will give it as a gift. I'm also going to make a ball to match it (it will end up looking a little like a beach ball--pieced together, but it will be cloth and stuffed with poly fill).

Hello. I'm still working on the calendars for next year.

I'm trying to knit something, anything lol. Anytime I have a lot of stitches like 40+ cast on by 1st and second row I have a long awkward space between stitches and when I get to the end of the row it gets stuck at the last stitch,....how annoying. I'd love to make something but this stitch problem has impeeded my efforts to make afghans and other goodies for myanmar. help? lol

Just got an update on my friend Zoe (transplant patient). She is out of ICU and in a step-down unit, off the ventalator, eating soft foods and was to be up walking a bit today. Praise God for He is sooooo good!!

The last I heard whe was doing very well -- sitting in a chair and eating soft foods.

Latest on Zoe -- she was released from the hospital on Friday to an apartment near the hospital. She will be there for at least a month as she needs to undergo frequent tests and lab work to make sure she is not rejecting the liver and to monitor the anti-rejection drugs she will be taking.

I just started a crochet bag and am looking for a pattern for place mats.
