Scooby Doo & The Witch's Ghost
Not as good as Zombie Island, Cyber Chase, or Alien Invaders
The first half is just like a normal episode
I did like the ending battle, tho the Witch's Olde English doth get annoying
The Hex Girls are as good as advertised. I found their songs great, especially 'Earth, Wind, Fire, & Air'
I suggest Scooby Doo fans check this out. If you don't care for Scooby Doo you won't like it.
I give it 3/5

Kiki's Delivery Service... late 1980s films/programming makes me emotional.
Ugh, someday I need to catch up on all those Studio Gilbhi movies. The only one I've seen is Totoro which I love & have seen so many times. :)

Yeah, HBO Max has a slew of them. It even has it's own section.

I wonder if this movie inspired J.K Rowling?

The library had a DVD of 5 Wild Thornberrys episodes. Gosh, I loved that show growing up, so w/ only 5 20 minute episodes, I had to pick it up.
I rewatched the Rugrats/Thornberrys movie a few years ago & thought it was dumb so was concerned I wouldn't like returning to the Thornberry's TV show, but, nope, it's still good. Some of the animal desgins don't work for me & I find the adventure parts not as interesting, but it's the show's quirks & comedic elements that are great.
Nigel, someone I didn't care for much growing up, definitely steals the show now as an adult.
Plus I love animals :)
I finished about 22 random episodes now. I love this show. Some hi-light episodes:
1. Eliza crashes the Galapogas Islands b/c she gives needles to finches & they eat all the bugs
2. they meet a guy posing as a vampire
3. they meet a rival nature documentarian family that cage fights the animals
4. Kip & Beiderman use a racehorse in a reindeer race

Paul: Apostle of Christ

I really enjoyed this. I enjoyed the relationship w/ Paul & Luke. The actors are perfect. This movie has Luke not be an eyewitness during Jesus’s life, & I’m not sure that’s accurate. The movie makes you realize how thankful we have it b/c how much the early Christians were persecuted. My favorite scenes of the movie are the 2 garden scenes where Paul is talking to the prison prefect. If you are a believer, you will like this movie. I think churches should show it on movie night!

5/5

EDIT: I asked my counselor. He says we know less about Luke the person's 'backstory' then the other Gospel writers.
