How much weight do you need to lose?

I had a goal to get back down to 60kg (which is fair enough because I am only 5'2" tall) I had 25 kg to lose, but lost 4kg, I don't think I will be losing any more weight this year, in fact am set to gain quite a few kilos. After July next year I have to start back up again.

I don't really have a target weight, Neens...just trim up my waistline a bit and get myself fit is teh aim. And I loved teh ride so much that it's definitely given my motivation a boost! And hopefully those few extra kilos will be in the form of a bub for ya!!

Is any one out there sweltering like me??

It is really hot out my way today. About 34'c.

It doesnt help that i got soooooo sunburnt yesterday helping a freind do the gardening or that my shop is full of stuff cooking so its even hotter inside.

I heard its meant to rain from toworrow untill the end of the weekend (i'd like to see that). Which would be great.

Today...

Take B to work
Pack up my half of the kitchen (crockery, cutlery, saucepans, appliances, etc)
Pack up my 'sentimental' stuff (family letters, special things from B, photo albums, etc)
Pack up my desk, and dismantle the desk and book shelf

Then, if I have time, I'll probably go to Paddington or something and do a window shop and have a hot chocolate at the chocolate shop.

Tonight will probably try to convince B to go out (last night was really cool - went shopping and cos our friends were out for dinner, we had the house to ourselves - SO nice!)...
