Same thing happened to me. But it is nice to have that option so a thread doesn't get as lost with comments. I think of the comment box like Twitter.

It's great that you were able to start something up later in life and it's been a blessing. You can be an example to others here on this forum. I'm so glad that you found many things to be thankful for. We just have to open our eyes and ears and see the many blessings. Even when times are hard.

Twitter limits a persons amount of writing, that is informative.
