LYRICS:
Time has always had a way of changing
things I always wish I had a say in
but like the rain you can’t control it’s falling
the years they come and go without us knowing

You know me better than I do
You see it from a clearer view
In Your time
You see it like I wish I could
all Your plans for me are good
In Your time

Time has made a fool of my arrangements
Traded all my planning for Your patience
A wine opened in haste would never age well
So I’ll wait on time as long as I am able

You make everything so beautiful
Everything so beautiful in it’s time
You make everything so beautiful
Everything so beautiful in it’s time
You make everything so beautiful
Everything so beautiful in its time
You make everything so beautiful
Everything so beautiful in it’s time

I’m sure this one gets posted a lot.

I am really struggling today.

I am listening to this on repeat. “The Lion of Judah, he is David’s root & the Lamb to ransom the slave. From every people & tribe, from every nation & tongue. He has made us a kingdom & priests to God to reign w/ the Son”

I kept hearing it as ‘he has made us a kingdom to preach to reign w/ the Son”

yes! I really like that one. I like 'modern' takes on the older hymns

"Then whom shall fall on bended knee?
All creatures of our God & King"

I was reading the Bible the other day & learned "He makes everything beautiful in it's time" is in the Bible. I didn't know that! I just thought it was something people add or say b/c it sounds good.

Our pastor says 'he has set eternity in the human heart' a lot. I didn't know that's in the Bible either, that's actually the next line

Inspired by @GospelS' thread title. I thought about posting directly in there, but thought it might be considered OT.

I often wonder if singers get really tired of performing the same songs over and over again, especially ones who are particularly known for one big hit or another. Somehow, I don't think that great man ever did.
