The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.
If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.
If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. Extremely angry. Feel like I'm starting to have a panic attack. I'm sick of people starting drama. I really need to calm down but I can't.

Feeling better than i was earlier....had another episode....voices in my head telling me to hang myself....it took all my strength to ignore them....went to cricket training to ignore them and came home still feeling meh...but met up with my sisters in Christ and prayed and I feel better now..

The grand kids arrived, our daughter will deliver soon, praying it may all go well.
With the three kids there the noise and in demand levels went up twenty-fold, while I was feeling bleh.... I must admit they worked wonders for my mood. Feeling much better tonight.

I feel like I keep making everything worse for everyone. When people are having issues, I always end up making them feel worse even when that's not what I mean to do.

Feeling thankful, our daughter just rang up to let us know that she had a baby girl. Very happy that everything worked out alright. It ended-up to be an emergency caesarean because the baby was much too late and in distress but luckily everything turned out alright.
