• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

Found out seroquel was the cause of yesterday.

Actually passed out at work because of it, so I have to go off it and Welbutrin until I can get on something else to help the sleep issue since Welbutrin increases my insomnia now. I see my pdoc next week.

Today, I've been okay. It's a little scary revisiting my childhood with my therapist. Will it ever be less painful?

Physically and emotionally exhausted. I feel "dead", or like I'm about to faint.

When are you taking it? Seroquel has that effect on me if I take it early in the day. Now I take it when I go to bed, and it's ok.
As for the therapy, I think it does get less painful, if the therapist is good. Praying that yours is!

I would like to encourage everyone with my last post above. What i said is true, we do have hope.

Yes I fully agree. With Jesus around we can have hope for better. He is the King of the heart and can tackle anything depression might throw our way. To enter His loving truth and stick around there is how we can pull it off.

1 Thess 1:3

We remember before our God and Father your work produced by faith, your labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.
