What are you doing right now?

Do you find that when you preach you get tired about two to three hours after? I do nearly every time. But if I have to preach multiple times it does not occur until after the last time. I don't know if it is related to adrenaline or something else. But it really wipes me out.

Not exactly? I do find the whole Sunday morning routine, though - two services back-to-back, plus all the relating with people before and after - quite draining. I have to come home and be on my own for a bit to recharge. I am a classic introvert.

mkgal, I've looked at the enneagram and couldn't make sense of it at all. Didn't relate to my supposed type etc. Myers-Briggs has been much more helpful to me.

If I were closer I'd be seriously tempted. Mind you, we have two cats already!

They are stray kittens, we were going to take the momma in but because she has kittens we are trying to find a place for 3 kittens (1 disappeared unfortunately.. the reality is probably not good why it disappeared) cant leave the babies to fend for themselves.

We are hoping to find them all a home as we have a cat that hates other cats, but IF we can only find a place for the kittens we would take in this sweet momma cat stray.

The momma cat desperately wants to be a house cat. She loves pets almost more than food.

Unfortunately our apartment has tied our hands in what we can do to help, we have reached out to multiple animal places and all of them redirect us to another... etc. The process of spaying vaccinations etc in the cheap places are backed up for months and the others are simply expensive.

Easter day I was asleep at 5pm. Just had nothing left. Little miss crawled into bed next to me as I was drifting off, gave me a big cuddle and said, "You're the best mum I could ask for!"

(Not sure what I'd done to deserve that, given I'd basically neglected her for the last week, but I'll take it!)

Monday was our thirteenth wedding anniversary, and for my present my husband took little miss out for the day so I could just do my own thing at home alone. He's a good man.

Now I'm on annual leave for two weeks, school goes back today for term two, and I'm trying to decide how I want to order my day...
